We are a manufacturing company specializing in ATPDP (Atmospheric Temperature 100 Degree and Pressure Dyeable Polyester).

ATPDP is a cationic modified polyester filament yarn. Unlike regular cationic polyester filament yarn, our product, ATPDP, offers the advantage of dyeing dark colors under normal temperature dyeing conditions below 100 degrees. It also provides good color fastness, a soft hand-feel, and better hygroscopic properties compared to regular temperature dyeing. Additionally, ATPDP offers easy washability, cool drying, stiffness, smoothness, anti-pilling, anti-static properties, and vibrant color brightness.

ATPDP is a high-performance fiber yarn that is eco-friendly, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient. When dyed, it produces excellent color results and maintains its quality and performance.

When dyeing with cationic materials, dyeing mills can significantly reduce the amount of materials used and minimize waste, resulting in cost savings in the handling and finishing processes. Additionally, the dyeing process does not require high-pressure steam conditions. It is estimated that dyeing mills can save approximately 30% on energy and material costs when using ATPDP (Atmospheric Temperature 100ºC and Pressure Dyeable Polyester).

ATPDP (Atmospheric Temperature 100ºC and Pressure Dyeable Polyester) is our main product line, which includes DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) in various specifications such as dtex/f 33/36, 44/36, 55/36-72, 83/48-72, 110/72-96, and 167/144.

In addition to our main product line, we have also developed new products related to ATPDP:

1. FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) - Special cross under the normal temperature dyeing: 110/48, 110/24 (dtex/f)

2. COOLPLUS DTY - Under the normal temperature dyeing: 83/72, 55/24 (dtex/f)
