Product Description

We are manufactureing and dealing in new down proof fabric products:

-The fabric is double layers constructure by interweave columns (using for filling pile) one by one in warp  when weaving the fabric. we usually call it "down liner fabric", the advantage of this weave style is cutting down the costing of garment cost and reduce sewing the filling pile column process when making garments. Especially the garment can be avoided needle eyes when it made for filling pile. As you known, the needle eyes will go down the down proof effectiveness.

-Fabric made from 100% polyester.
-After manufactureing the down liner fabric,we add eco pu coated finish on double sides of the fabric in order to let the fabric have down proof function.
